Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments, otherwise a 50% charge will be imposed.

Personal details taken during consultation procedures will be kept secure and in the strictest confidence.
Gift Vouchers
A delightful gift to suit all occasions, vouchers are presented in an elegant silver envelope and are available for purchase by
treatment or monetary amounts.

Gratuities
Should you wish to show appreciation to members of staff either individually or as a team, gratuity envelopes are available upon request at reception.
Mobile Phones
We respectfully request that all mobile phones be switched off whilst having beauty treatments.

A complete range of haircare and skincare products are available at reception. This includes hair, face, body and suncare products, as well as special seasonal promotions and gift sets.
Refreshments
Home-baked cookies, Mineral water, herbal infusions, tea and coffee is served throughout the day.
Smoking
For the comfort of all guests, we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises.
Valuables
Hydradermie treatments require the removal of jewellery, which will be stored safely in your treatment room. Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
